What is a credit?
Credits are the unit Seedance2 uses to price every generation. Different output types and resolutions cost different amounts (a quick image is around 5–15 credits; a long high-resolution video can be 100–300). Your dashboard shows the exact price before you hit Generate.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time Credit Pack credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase and stack on top of subscription credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access (and any remaining credits) until then. No cancellation fees, no "are you sure" forms.
What about refunds?
If a generation fails on our side, the credits are auto-refunded to your account within minutes. For subscription refunds: contact support within 7 days of a charge if you haven't used a meaningful share of the credits — we'll work it out.
Do paid plans remove the watermark?
Yes. Free-tier exports include a small watermark and are limited to non-commercial use. Basic, Pro, and Studio all export clean, watermark-free files with a commercial-use license.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards via Stripe. WeChat Pay and Alipay are available for Chinese users. Bank transfers are available for Studio annual plans — contact sales.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
The Studio plan covers small teams (shared workspace, brand kit, API beta). For larger organizations with SSO, custom invoicing, or dedicated support, contact sales from your dashboard.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you don't lose paid-for credits.
